Teaching Little Children has definitely allowed me to operate in my passion.  I just love kids and after 30 + years I still get so excited to have the opportunity to love on our dancers while watching them learn their newest dance steps. 

I have been a lover of dance my entire life. I started dancing at the age of 2 and have never stopped. It has been a life long passion and I am so thankful to have gotten the dance career of my dreams. Growing up, I danced with a dance company. I preformed in countless Nutcracker productions and traveled with my company as well. We preformed at festivals, parades, and even Disney. Though, the most exciting was going to New York and taking a class with the Rockettes. While I have studied several forms of dance, tap and ballet hold a special place in my heart. I hope that I am able to pass my love to dance to my students and help them create life long memories.

I began dancing at 2 years old and never stopped! I have been trained in all sorts of styles from ballet, jazz, and lyrical to hip hop, tap and musical theater. I was a competitive dancer for over 10 years as well as heavily involved in the world of theater as well. I’m beyond grateful to share my passion for the stage with young dancers and continue my dance journey as theirs beings!

I have trained in dance for 17 years. I have attended summer intensives at Atlanta Ballet, Joffrey West Los Angeles, and Dance Canvas. While dancing in Los Angeles, I was fortunate to train and perform under well-known choreographers such as Talia Favia, Zak Ryan Scheigel, and Chaz Buzan. Throughout my training, I have studied a wide breadth of genres including ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, jazz, hip hop, and tap. Recently, I studied abroad in Amsterdam dancing among European professional dancers and working with a multitude of European choreographers.

Raised in Columbus Ohio. Most of my training was at Dublin Dance Centre and Gymnastics where I trained in many styles such as ballet, Jazz, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical, modern, acro, and tap! I did ballet summer intensives at the Joffery Ballet in Chicago, and a couple summers at BalletMet. My last year of high school I was trainee at BalletMet and then received my first professional ballet contract, where I danced for Roanoke Ballet Theatre. I most recently became a corps de ballet member for the Georgia ballet which has led me to come to TLC!

Shortly after I arrived from Korea to live in the United States when I was six years old, I began training in ballet and jazz. I attended LaGrange College where I earned a B.A. degree in business. I am a former certified Sh'bam dance fitness instructor through Golds Gym's Les Mills program. During my spare time I enjoy participating in Dancentre South’s production of the Nutcracker, taking dance lessons and spending time with my husband and three children. I am thrilled to share my love of dance with the next generation of children, and I hope to instill confidence, grace and the beauty of dance within them.

I graduated from the USD honors program with a BFA in Musical Theatre and minors in Dance & Studio Arts. I’m the crazy glitter covered teacher with purple hair. All those pretty signs around the studio and on our site - that's me! It is my joy in life to seek & create beauty and I adore sharing that with my students. When I'm not in the TLC studio, I freelance in ATL as a  ballroom dance instructor, stage manager, painter, & graphic artist.
