Our acro classes provide students the ability to increase their flexibility skills, perform gymnastic-based tricks, and gain strength and muscle coordination. In this class, dancers will perform conditioning exercises to prepare them for difficult balances, tumbling skills, and more. Dancers will be challenged to try new skills and get out of their comfort zone in a safe environment. Students should wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing with sneakers and hair should be secured back in a ponytail.
