Acro 1: Ages 5-9
Acro 2: Ages 7-14

Acrobatics is a dancer’s form of gymnastics that includes tumbling skills on mats, balancing skills, flexibility exercises, strength training and jumps on a mini tramp. Our Acro classes provide students the ability to increase their flexibility skills, perform gymnastic-based tricks, and gain strength and muscle coordination. Dancers will be challenged to try new skills and get out of their comfort zone in a safe environment.


Attire: Students should wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing - a sports bra under a T-shirt is recommended - with sneakers and hair should be secured back in a ponytail. Bring a water bottle
